I made it through-Masters of Universe (^-^)

Last 1st November 2014, i finally received my Master of the Universe scroll..well symbolically at least. Hehh...coz we need to return our robe first in order to get our REAL SCROLL. Having a second degree after my bachelor one was indeed interesting and at the same time taxing. Nevertheless i enjoyed my 2 years ++ in a different environment, new people, new culture, new friends and new experiences. I never did regret a single day except the sleepless nights...*yeah the procrastination syndrom* (^-*)

When i first decided to be out of my comfort zone and out of my locality area...i did received discouraging comments from people close to me, friends and even colleagues. But one thing i do know You can't live up to their views because you know better. You know what you want and where you want to be.  Some of the negative comments i received were why do you want to study that far? Moving from one state to another state? Why do you want to leave us? bla bla bla......Only a few actually supported me.  The fact about me is i never like to be attached to any particular group or click or friends. i rather have a variety of friends and acquaintances.  It helps to broaden your perspective and horizon in life. Some people prefer to keep their friends or love one closer as they are protective of them or afraid of losing them. which i do not blame them.  Thus the decision i made in 2011 was the right one. I enjoyed my moments studying, travelling to a new place, meeting new people And learning new things everyday. Be it from your lecturers, classmates, new found friends and endless more.  Just do not be afraid to explore and never stop learning.

For those Who are in dilemma of what to decide whether to further your study locally or oversea, you really need to gather information first and foremost.  Be it locally or oversea make your decision wisely taking into consideration your finance, family, physically and emotional strength and so forth. All the Best! The world is your oyster. (^-*) Cheer up!

#Throwback Bali last February 2014. It was one  fascinating vacation i have ever had. It was a short one. 3Three days two nights For Bali was sufficient enough especially when you have plan out your 3 days. It took me three months to decide where to stay, how much money i spend and where to go. Hahahaha..for some it might be a a tad extreme but for me its a MUST! I have to be prepared plus i was with my BFF..(^-*) So i better be the savvy one as i have travelled more than her.  It applies to everyone..the know how of what a tourist can and cannot do when visiting a new place.

Kintamani- Mount Batur

As you can read along, even in a short trip i managed to plan my days in the most time and cost effective. If you plan to revisit the same place again like i will, my second visit will be to the place i have not been to and maybe spend more time relaxing than a 3 days of amazing race (^-^) hehehe..  Please be reminded when you are in a new place, learn the culture and the language at least for basic communication purpose. Get a Map and know where you are.  It would be handy to have a friendly and resourceful plus trustworthy friends / tour guide with you. Like Pak Paris, he was recommended by a friend and he was very accommodating and most importantly not pushy. But of course you really need to know what you want to do and where you want to go. Would be great to lay out a plan and informed your tour guide about it so he can plan as well.

Another tips are to browse through any blog sharing their experiences on the place you intend to visit. That would definitely save some time of looking for activities to do.  Read up so you will have a better idea of how to plan your vacations.  My simple check list plan for Vacay:

1) READ Up any articles or blogs or websites about the place you are going.

2) IDENTIFY the location you intend to stay. For example; i wanted to be near the city so i chose KUTfA.

3) PLAN the number of days you intend to stay. For example 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS.

4) PLAN your Day & Activities from the moment you arrive till the day you depart for airport. (I.e. 1st day..Morning, Afternoon, Night...)

5) CHECK the Food outlet, Entry Fees for tourist spots and Duration for the places you intend to visit. This will give you rough idea on time and pocket management. Tee hehehe (^-*)

6) PLS PLS Be Mindful of the Culture and Religion Practice.

7) Have FUN...

Okay peeps till then. Catch you Soon. Let the photos explained itself. I do not wish to bore you about my trip.  I rather you experience it yourself.

Its TIME again..

Every second seem Minutes
Every Minute seems Hours
Every Hour seems Days
Every Day seems  weeks
Every Week seems Months
Every Month seems Years...

Of time waited..time wasted,
Time flies and time constraint
and TIME never Look back

Spirit of Diwali in Malaysia

At 12 midnight, here i am standing at the balcony staring at the colourful sky of fireworks surrounding my neighbourhood celebrating the festival of lights. The sound of thunder from the endless fireWork display serenating the quiet and cooling night Of Deepavali.

 Fireworks colouring the dark sky

How i love this feeling of celebration of festive season in Malaysia.  Be it Christmas, Chinese New Year, Gawai Dayak, Tadau Kaamatan, Hari Raya Aidilfitri or Aidiladha it is a tradition to celebrate it with everybody regardless of your religion or belief, traditions or culture. This is what it means to be Malaysian. (^^)

Chillax at Alexis BSC

Sauteed Prawn Tapas and Ginger Lemongrass Tea

HERE i am again at my favourite Lepak place; Alexis Bangsar Shopping complex. Ordering almost the same menu everytime i drop by whenever i want to chill or having a quiet time.  I always ♥ the Sauteed Prawn Tapas, ginger lemongrass Tea, the Pavlova and Sarawak Laksa.  This time i have a slight change on the menu a Lobster Roll (sort of a sandwich).  Will definitely post of photo of this menu and of course the taste (^^)

Why i ♥ this place?.. its not only the food but he ambience and the music.. i love Jazz..its calming and of course gives me this therapeutic vibe. I always take a seat at the nook of the corner always with one Black Book, a Pen and My ever close companion SAMSUNG S3.

As promise here is the Lobster Roll. Looks Good ehh..(^_~)

I ♥ the fries and salad..however the sandwich is too creamy to the extent i can't taste the lobster. Don't get me wrong doesn't taste bad just that the combination does not give justice to the Lobster Roll i might say.  Ermmm...nevertheless i managed to finish the salad but definitely not the lobster. I will need a cuppa coffee to get rid of the taste.. My necxt visit to Alexis i will definitely Not going to order this menu..(-_-) Blarghhh!

There goes my dinner or was it Brunch..(~_~)
All is Not lost i am going to TAPAU me the Sauteed Prawn Tapas ..yes againn.. hehehe
Till then peeps. Have a good night sleep.

TIME ....

T. I. M. E

Time what you have When everything stops

TIME what you have When everything moves

TIME what is left When nothing prevails

The Edge of Time

Photography means a whole lot to me a different set of perspective and a new horizon of self expression.  I believe everyone of us have that special edge to express ourselves.  Be it in photos, paintings, sculpture, baking, poetry, songs and etceteras.. For an Introvert like i am, poetry and photos and sometimes painting helps me to be calmer and focus. Whatever is a way of chanelling your creativity so your brain will stay active and useful. ..

in this edge of time where we HAVE to move in an incredible speed we are bound to be pressured in such a way we are not willing to be binded especially when You are a Non-conformist.. heh *like me*  ..Anyway, as i was saying Self expression helps in channeling your  thoughts and emotions.

So, whenever you are in a difficult situation never ever give up..stay positive and Value Life and All that sorrounds you and of course be Thankful. ALWAYS.. It helps too when u have a good Support system (your love ones that you trust)

Feels like Stockholm...

Feels like Stockholm tonight, the smell of the after rain and the cool temperature reminds me of my time in Stockholm especially night time.  During my one week stay in Stockholm, i was lucky enough to be staying in front of a harbour with a view to kill especially when the sun rises in the morning. *kinda forgot the name of the hotel and location i was year 2004*. .

Would be great to be visiting Stockholm Sweden again..One of the few countries i'd like to revisit because of the Imprinted memories i had then.

SARAWAK-Home Sweet Home

Flight trip frm KUL-MYY-LMN

"I'm coming home..coming home..Tell the world am coming home...-P.Diddy". This song has been playing on my mind since yesterday.

It's Super Great to be back to my birth soil the land of the hornbills. It's great to be able to breath in fresh crisp air than the smoky hazy air in kuala lumpur.  My journey to Batu Danau, Limbang this time is for family gathering cum my parents' weddg anniversary and a cousin's wedding.

I have chosen MAS this time as the price and flight schedule offered is just right and cost effective for me especially for trip back home to Sarawak. From Kuala Lumpur to Miri it took 2 hours and 15 minutes scheduled at 9.05pm and arrival at 11.20pm. The flight was smooth and little turbulence.  The only turbulence i had was my journey to KLIA airport as i almost missed my flight due to my workaholic nature. Blarkhhh!! (-_-) i left office at 7.15pm, arrived at Putrajaya ERL at 7.50pm, took the 8.23pm ERL a d arrived at KLIA 850pm just in time to run an amazing...i repeat AMAZING RACE from the point of exit of ERL to Gate A10.  A long long way to run and not too mention i was wearing SKIRT..(*-*) by the time i reached the Gate i was already drenched in sweat. Hahaha

well i get to rest in the flight, enjoyed my cold turkey sandwich and Sherlock holmes the drama.  I was greeted at the airport by Aunty Lolo, Aunty Bree, Ferguson and my sis Pam.

The next journey towards kampung was from Miri to Limbang. Using MAS WING the first ever after ions ago only took 15-30 minutes. From there greeted by my parents and my other sis R. For you readers who are not well verse about Sarawak, Limbang is the 5th Division in Sarawak.  My Kampung is about 20 -30 minutes from the town and about 10 minutes from the immigration border of Limbang and Brunei.

alrighty then, that's it for now. Till then. Have a good weekend.

Behind Those Laughters

29th Dec 2010

Who would have known
behind those laughters are hidden sadness
behind those laughters are hidden pain
behind those laughters are hidden sorrow
behind those laughters are hidden tears
behind those laughters are hidden emotions

You could have known
behind those masks are layers of shield
behind those masks is a mutilated self
behind those masks is a restless soul
behind those masks is a Lost soul

But there's no way U could have Known
when behind those laughters n masks lies a pretender.
when behind those laughters n masks lies a friend
when behind those laughters n masks lies a lover
when behind those laughter n masks lies a tuff cookie

Could you have gone the extra mile to just Listen
Could you have gone the extra mile to just understand them
Could you have gone the extra mile to just love them
Could you have gone the extra mile to just Support them
Could you have gone the extra mile to just NOT Judge them
Could you have gone the extra mile to just NOT Belittle them

But then again how could you have Known what Lies behind those Laughters and Masks.

#PicTrivia2-where is this?

A fren told me this....

“This life is yours. Take the power to choose what you want to do and do it well. Take the power to love what you want in life and love it honestly. Take the power to walk in the forest and be a part of nature. Take the power to control your own life. No one else can do it for you. Take the power to make your life happy.” - Susan Polis Schutz
